The Saint Thomas Aquinas Religious Service (S.T.A.R.S.) program is to encourage voluntary service towards one’s neighbor found in the Church, school, or community. The service is focused on building our Catholic faith through reaching out to others in need, by genuine Christian charity. The program is intended to acknowledge service beyond the student’s immediate family and friends because this is the true spirit of Christian service.
Each Aquinas student has different guidelines and service activities set by their current Religion teacher.
In the 2014-15 school year, Aquinas Middle and High School students completed an estimated 4,350 hours of community service.
